Project Planning
Once you’ve found the right plot, Séverine and David, our designers, will carry out free of charge the implementation of your building project. This includes:
- Tour of the site and topographical survey
- Detailed quotes and precise project costing.
- Graphic design of your completed project :
sets of plans, 3D viewing
These plans will be made to measure according to your wishes (architectural appearance, a variety of services, budget…etc)
The Guarantees
All our houses are built as part of a CCMI; the Single-Family Home Building Contract. They receive the following guarantees :
- Set definitive price before signing
- House delivered at the agreed price and on time
- Work damage guarantee
- Comprehensive building site insurance
- Guarantee of completion
- Two-year guarantee on all fittings
